Working method

1. First we listen to your desires

During a first meeting, we’re getting to know your desires and needs. We are listening to you and support you with your choice of a particular stand or interior. You will discover immediately our proactive role in which practical advice will be the main focus.

2. Development

Each project is unique and custom-made. Based on our first meeting, we start with the development of your project. The practical and technical needs will dominate during this process: surface, lights, lay-out. Our team of designers develops a custom-made, original concept. No standard solution, sold as custom-made, but a unique answer to your question. During this process, our designers stay in close contact with you, to achieve your expectations.

3. Design & visualisation

Your concept has been finalised? Then we will take care of the design and digital, visualisation. This to present you a realistic and lifelike visualisation of your stand or interior. We work with a huge range of materials according to your individual style. Your assurance to a successful result that reflects your corporate identity.

4. Realisation: totally homemade

Once we receive your approval for the design, the production will start. We have our own highly equipped production workshop where we develop your stand or interior with an eye for detail, from carpentry to pain finishing. Led-screens, audio systems, lights, … all these items can be rent with us, including professional installation by our staff. Signage and large format digital printing are produced in-house, supplied and applied by us. Altogether, we promise you a good preparation, so you can enjoy a successful trade fair participation. Do you have other questions during your preparation, for example concerning the public utilities in your stand. Don’t hesitate to call us. Helping you with that is part of our standard service.

5. Logistics and installation: Belgium, USA or Singapore? We will be there!

Aktual is an international competitor. We take care of transport for both stand or interior projects, as well as a perfect installation. All practical matters concerning transportation and installation are taken care of. As we have our own logistics department, we are extremely flexible towards schedules. Your only concern is to evaluate the main result. When the stand is ready, we invite you to come over and evaluate the result. Do you still want some changes to be done, our team stays available for you, also during the trade fair.

6. Service and follow-up

Aktual is anticipating. That’s why we are building at a long-term relationship with our clients. After the installation of your stand or interior, we stay available for questions or concerns. Would you like to storage your stand after the exhibition, we can take care of that – for free. After all our commitment is your assurance to a successful result.
